1. Stand/Establish
- 立正 (lì zhèng) Stand straight
- 立体 (lì tǐ) Upright/Three-dimensional Literal. Standing body
- 独立 (dú lì) Independent Literal. Lone stand
- 坐立不安 (zuò lì bù ān) Fidgety / Anxious Literal. Sit and stand without peace
- 立足 (lì zú) Established Literal. Stand on one's feet (and be sufficient)
- 成立 (chéng lì) Set up Literal. Become established
2. Start promptly
- 立刻 (lì kè) Instantly Literal. Start this moment
- 立春 (lì chūn) Start of Spring
- 立夏 (lì xià) Start of Summer
