+ PERSONAL NOTE +
In Singapore, the term 冲凉 (chōng liáng) Literal. Gush of coolness is used to mean "have a shower" and 冲凉房 (chōng liáng fáng) Literal. Shower room refers to the bathroom. Although it is not commonly heard of and used in China, it makes great sense on an island near the Equator.
To have a warm bath is perhaps the most ridiculous idea for a Singaporean who experiences summer all year round.
